Pioneer's Pride Museum - Bainville, Montana
Visit the Pioneer’s Pride Museum in Bainville, Montana. Located in eastern Montana, Bainville is a tiny town with a lot of personality. Currently, only about 150 people make up the town. Bainville got its name from postmaster Charles Bain when the post office opened more than a century ago.
One of the things that those who visit the town should see is the Pioneer’s Pride Museum. It has quite a few interesting items on display that you will want to see. The Pioneer’s Pride Museum features rooms furnished as they were in the days of the pioneers.
Some of the rooms that you will be able to see as you tour the old house include a bedroom, kitchen, and music room. All of the items in these rooms are those that would have been used back when the pioneers were making their living on the plains. In addition to the museum, you can also see and tour an old jail, as well as a fire truck from 1929 currently on the grounds.
